This week's free printable is all about change, goals and habits. The Wheel of Life is a tool I use with health and wellness coaching groups to help people identify what's working in their life and what areas they would to change or improve. The Wheel of Life is sometimes referred to as a Wheel of Wellness or Wheel of Health and there are many different versions available, but essentially they all work the same way - as a tool to help you dive deeper into a specific area of your life that you want to change.
To use the Wheel of Life worksheet, simply mark where you fall on the circle with 1 being totally unsatisfied and 10 being everything is perfect. Once you are finished you should have a good idea of what areas you need to work on. Do you feel ready to change these areas? Why? Why not?
Once you've identified up to three areas that you'd like to change, you can use the attached goal sheet to set some big beautiful goals for yourself. I like to do this exercise along with my Perfect Day Workbook, to jump start a new project or routine for myself.
It may be tempting to try and set a lot of goals or make a big list of EVERYTHING you need to do in order to reach your goals. Don't Do This. It's a surefire way to move from enthusiasm to overwhelm and frustration. Instead, focus on small actionable steps that you can do everyday.
If you'd like more information on goal setting, you can download my free Big Beautiful Goals workbook in the Free Library at The BOM (tell your friends!).
