Are your tired of being stressed, rushed and unhappy?

Are you a working mom feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or exhaused (or all three)? Do you long for a change in your life, but aren’t sure how to make it happen?

Are you tired of your dead-end job?

Do you have trouble recalling the last time you did anything fun, just for yourself? Is all your ‘free’ time spent taking care of other people?

If you answered YES to any of these questions, you aren’t alone. Working Moms everywhere are feeling the crush of daily life. I was just like you not too long ago. I woke up every day and went through the motions of the daily grind.

Copy of Take Back Your Time_ Blog

I got my kids up, fed and out the door to school. Then I was out off to my full time office job. Evenings were a rush of sports pick ups, games, practices, homework, dinner. Until I crashed on the couch with a big glass of wine and a Netflix movie (this was back when Netflix mailed you DVDs). Weekends were a rush of housework, more practices, games, school projects, maybe a quick walk up the street that doubled as my alone time and workout.

Through it all I thought, there has got to be more to life than this.

There has got to be more to Motherhood than this.

Does any of this sound familiar?

Perhaps you want more out of life than what you are currently getting.  Do you dream of going back to school, getting a better job or starting a new business? What’s stopping you?

Lemme guess - you don’t have the time to do the things that you really want to do. Yes?

If you are working mom trying to raise your kids, build a career, manage the house, maintain your health and still have a social life - it can be OVERWHELMING.

Good News! I’ve put together an easy to use guide for getting clear on what you want out of life, how you want to feel, and how to set and get the right goals for yourself.

Once you’ve mastered the fine art of losing the mom guilt and putting yourself first, you’ll be able to focus on the things that bring you joy - life get’s a whole lot better.
